Been meaning to ask. What does the multiplier do? Why would you change it from 1.0, instead of just modifying the tire size to more closely match the actual diameter?

Make Sure to click the magnifying glass. Your issue is likely that you are using the print function of the browser rather than magnifying glass and the GM application forcing the driver.
