I don't think HP tuner is giving me my credits is it supposed to show licenses?
I can read the truck, but the red arrow is missing to write the program I purchased 4 credits and verified Vcm editor...

trying to write out torque command on 2003 avalanche it reads the Vehicle but the red arrow doesn't come up to pull programing
