braf is crazy high.tune is set at 5.7 ci eng .main ve needs tuned in with wideband
fyi your tune says its a 5.7 not 6.0ci

eng-tq management-etc limits-etc tps max you have at 100 /try stock settings and disable abuse mode in tran-tq man. I am new to tuning ,but see if that helps

try putting stock numbers in the shift time tables.they are zeroed out in your tune

with that high map and high iat I would check for intake leak.showing bad lean .
check out map sensor readings on the scan. that can not be right ?
do you have fuel pressure on first crank ?
i think you need to zero out the spark>adv>vct table.dont match the high and low spark table .and add kr to the scan.
turn off vvt .cam from one to none. and return pe settings to stock for now.
check coil packs wiring harness , sounds like its miss a ground
base running air flow .your numbers drop off very low after 154 deg ect.
base running airflow looks high to me. may try cutting it down ,see if that helps .
