i have submitted a ticket and then tried opening the link for this ticket (freashwork) but it said wrong credentials and i clicked forget to send recovery link but didnt recieved...

i have just bought my MPVI3 and made new account and tried to import my serial number and verification number to my HP Tuners Account but it show that its another user own this...
