Did a ls2/6l90e swap to a 85 gmc 1500 and wont shift at wot partial throttle nor 4wd low!

have turned off all tranny codes and disabled abuse mode, but not sure how to switch tune to manual...

99 chevy silverado 5.3
changed the stock 4l60 with a th350 and truck has problems it stalls and wont go more then 2500 rpm?
do i need to change anything in the tune because of the swap?
