Does anyone have a stock tune file for a crate 525 running a e67 pcm ?

This one has been heavily messed around with by someone including drilling a hole in the throttle plate to try to get it...

i have a 6l90 that on first start up will change up the gears just fine to 4th gear, as soon as it hits 4th it won?t down shift.
Anyone come across this before ?

here is the log of it stalling, you can see it just about stays running, managed to get it stall right at the very end
