I believe you have 7.5 degrees of total advance with the VVT completely locked out. 4 degrees of advance in the cam + 3.5 degrees of advance by locking the VVT. That's almost a jump in cam...

I changed the injector size to 140.7 and it fired right up (after the rails refilled). Idled it around the block and it seems fine. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
