What I'm trying to accomplish is have the rpms drop faster when I let off the gas and also get a little bit more engine braking than cruise effect.
I thought the higher number in the ramp rate closes it quicker. My stock ramp rate is 0.020. I will have to try playing with that later and see if it works.
