Hate to ruffle any feathers, but "very soon" has definitely not been soon in any way. HPT is doing the right thing as far as fixing the 2.0 pay to upgrade date, I just am really losing confidence...

I was never getting reduced power mode. I think 405hp just misread from some posts above. I was just getting the SES message on my DIC at startup...a small annoyance, but something I wanted rid of.

Aaron, I assume that you just went into the DTC section and selected "no SES light", not the MIL stuff.

Do you know what the voltage outputs for this particualr gauge are? I have a fuel press gauge that uses such small voltage devations that HPTuners cannot log it. Other gauges are easy to set up.

Are you sure you're logging the WBO2 in the correct slot on the table? Look at the help file, you have to log the WBO2 in the corect box. this sounds like the problem i had with my PLX M250, it...

Good point, I do find myself often pushing this limit.

HPTuners doesn't VIN lock, it is one of the nice features of their package. It is locked to the year and model of your car. For example, mine only works on my laptop and 2002 C5's.

So far, it's worked very well.

I paid $650 for the HPTuners package just as 1.5 arrived. No half off here, and I wasn't offered the 2nd vehicle upgrade either because I chose to be an early buyer of the 1.5 suite.

I hear you there. This policy has left me pretty soured with the hptuners folk. I was willing to be on the boat as soon as 1.5 was released, but then felt blindsided that the same deal wouldn't be...

Doubt tuning will help the popping. It really isn't an "issue", but something the car does without an X pipe. Personally, I like the popping and miss it.

It depends on what program locked it. If you cannot read it you'll need a stock bin and start from scratch.

True, you can also have a black background and minimize the scanner...but both of these are flawed options, because you will have less ability to see your data being scanned.
