Yes, they are wired up correctly. Using a Tech2 I can turn them on. The Fan 1 controls are PWM for some odd reason, and fan 2 does nothing with the engine running. I can manually activate the relays...

I completely agree on the compression ratio. I really haven't tweaked anything in the high octane table, so that's one of the reasons for no "feel" or "butt-dyno" difference, as well as no MPG change.

Yes, the L9H engine recommends premium. Not once have I noticed a gain. I really just wanted to make it run the best on regular.
