Ah ok. Very different to the ford and gm platform then. I?ve always had the ability to read a file, see what has been done to learn about how different tuners do certain things, trial and implement...
Hi, just wondering about reading files from already tuned software (revo, ie, um, Apr etc) can you read those files and look at what has been done to them, and modify those files or do you have to...
Sounds like your desired boost and duty cycle tables are not correct. Tune in open loop first then back fill your desired boost table. There's a how to guide on the pcmtec forums, same principals...
Any chance you can pm me one of your files to have a bit of a look at?
Nice. Did you tune your own transmission? Just starting to look into the trans side of things now actually
Have you done headstuds with that timing?
Is that 16 in the mid going up to 17 in the higher revs?
What timing difference are people getting from 98 to E85 on the same boost levels?
Actually, that's the same thread
There's another thread with a sprint tune file in it too
I may have one in vcm, but it's already tuned. But if you look through the history logs, you can make a standard file from it
Have one for pcmtec only
Where are the tables to adjust cylinder fuel off targets?
So ive been mucking around with these settings the last few nights, but have not been able to achieve any off throttle flames on sudden lift off.
What i have tried is the following
Disable all...
Hey did you find the issue to the power drop? Having similar issues myself
Would also like to know, just to compare
Also would disabling dfco make sudden off throttle not feel like a sudden jolt as fuel is still being burnt, making for a smoother sudden off throttle condition?
Does it use that much more fuel to disable dfco? Like is it only under sudden throttle closing (high load) or partial throttle low load still affect fuel economy if dfco is disabled? Is there any...
Hey first post here. Just wondering how to disable dcfo for an fg xr6t. I can see in the dfco tab there's ct delay extended. It's currently at 0.5s, increasing that value, say to 10s, would that mean...
