I run MAF only on my modded ZL1 with no problems. Makes tuning easier.
My timing is around 22 but that is only on e30. I?m limited to about e40 on the stock fuel system. With just pump gas I can only run around 18 degrees of timing before I get some knock.

Yes bump your lambda to .84 and see if it clears the knock. I was getting some knock at .82 and leaning it out a bit fixed that.
What are your mods? Log shows 12lbs of boost which isnt stock. Post your tune.
Some of the spark corrections were not zeroed out in the correct spot.
Mods are intake, ported TB, headers and 15% lower pulley. I was able to get my timing issue figured out which brought my torque numbers in line.

Dont keep low octane timing the same as high. Good way to blow the motor up.
10 degrees more timing is a lot even for E85. You need to watch out because its hard to get knock with E85 and you can damage the motor even with showing no knock.
