It is incorporated into the VCM editor now..
Open up VCM editor, and click the flash option on the toolbar above. You'll then see your flash options ;)
Is this a pid for the v-6 cars also?
Very cool , thanks for sharing :)
I third the wideband. Like Bill said, for 199$ more it gives you the peace of mind knowing that your car is not a ticking timebomb air/fuel wise, and you can easily tune the car out for power while...
Hey foff667,
Yes, I am referring to what the PCM is considering the o2 switch point between rich/lean and lean/rich. The reason why I asked, is because I was throwing the P1133 Insufficient...
Hi,
Does anyone know if the V-6 PCM's have the ability to edit the Rich/Lean - Lean/Rich thresholds in closed loop like the V-8 PCM's can?
Thanks in advance!
I have done a MAF-less tune on my GTP, but only from 0-100kpa. However I have since demodded some items and will need to re-do my tune, but by judging how much time it took me to dial in the VE table...
I find this hard to believe, however I am not doubting anyone here, just need more info if possible.
When I tuned my VE table, my LTFT's moved to the rich side tremendously, and I had rescale my...
I agree, sounds like you are running way to rich there.
Another note, be very very careful currently with your tune because of your injectors. Thru first gear your injector duty cycle peaks at...
Hi SuperLS1,
Running Windows XP Service Pack 2? Then do this..
Download the CHM file to your hard drive, then right click on the file and choose properties.
On the bottom of the properties...
Ray,
That is correct, remember our FPR's raise/lower fuel pressure based on the reading of what our vaccum level is at the manifold...
Normally you can pretty much assume map(kpa) wise:

Ray,
Can you post your IFR table for us so we can take a look at it?
Also on a side note, do you have an AFPR?
As far as I know the stock values look pretty smooth as they are, but I have never seen a Camaro 3800 VE table so don't quote me on this...
Where do the LTFT/STFT's go with the MAF unplugged with...
Where's the wideband kit? :secret:
Good luck tuning the cam, what kind of cam did you get? Is that a VS?
Bill,
Thanks a bunch for the reply! I will look at the commanded AFR to see how far off I am!
I must admit tho, my base PE + PE over time is relatively close to what I am seeing on the...
Thanks Horist!
When the time comes to get a core I will shoot him an email..
Hello,
Can someone give me the basics in regards to tweaking open loop?
What I am pretty much looking for, is it normal to start lean or rich when in open loop while working your way to closed...
Hi Bill,
But what about just tuning VE for just idle and cruise situations? Is it possible then? Just curious...
Thanks!
Joel
Hi 12secSS,
Thank you for the reply.
I haven't purchased a PCM as of yet, as I wanted to be sure if it was possible to purchase any year of compatibility and then sorta convert it by doing a...
Hi Guys,
I have a couple of questions if you don't mind...
I have support for '00 Trans Am and '99 GTP, my question is, say for instance I would purchase a '99 PCM out of an LS1 Camaro, if I...
Bill,
Wouldn't scanning for dynamic cyl air help out with re-scaling the MAF after tuning VE???

Thanks!
