Here is the post I followed to get it to read even though I still get disconnect issues. This at least...
I posted about a week ago having the same issue. I also created a ticket and it hasn't been answered yet. I would submit a ticket so they can see there is a problem. I had an MTX-L and it worked fine...
I purchased a ECB-1 ethanol advanced and connected the gauge up using the previous wiring of the MTX-L as I was using that gauge for tuning in lambda with no issues via serial connection in the...

If I adjust the entire flex fuel spark table in half, assuming I am running full E85 which is reducing spark adder from 16* to 8* in the WOT areas, I figured that would be enough to change the VE...
Thank you for your help! I was going to try and use acceleration rate I'm logging from the speed sensor/maths and compare specific MAP vs RPM areas and see if the rate of change goes up or down after...
If you look at run2-5-2-21.hpl log that was before I converted to flex fuel, smaller injectors, and was running 93 octane. It was at 23 degrees up top. The fastest run with that setup was 12.02 @...
I usually use the FTC in the filters so that I can filter out all the idle, deceleration, etc.. data. For example I would only want data that is in FTC=22 or 15(all other data I want to be ignored)....
In the attached snip it. I highlighted the FTC parameter in yellow, according to the area of the VE table you are currently in ( 5600 RPM @ 100KPA MAP) in this should read accordingly to the FTC...
I have been tuning VE to get it dialed in. When I log in closed loop the Fuel Trim Cell parameter gets stuck in 13 even when according to the data being logged should be in 15 or 22 during WOT 100%...
Yes, but I think I figured it out. I adjusted the transient min fuel and it seemed to fix it.
Yea, because I have a Procharger sitting and waiting to be installed, but I am going in steps instead of doing it all at once. :)
I figured it out.... here is what I did
changed Transient Fuel Qualifications
Min Fuel Milligrams : from .041 to .010
seemed to help a lot either that or I was smoothing the table too much
I swapped to ID1300 and entered the GM data from ID website. Now running super rich. See attached logs before and after.
111598 - Before Swap
111597 - After Swap
Tried adjusting VE table and...
I recently converted to flex fuel OS, checked flex sensor was working then, swapped injectors from 42lb/hr to ID1300, now I'm trying to adjust the VE because its way off after injector swap.
The...
Thanks for the info. Here the tune file I was looking at using which has flex fuel enabled. See what you think you would disable to make the M6 speed work:
107431
I don't think in this case there is another OS that I can segment swap as no vehicle with an operating system with Flex enabled ever had a manual transmission, they were all automatic.

Thanks. oops I just realized I stopped typing in the middle of my last post haha.
I have a P01 ECU from camaro/firebird 2002. Can you run a 2004 OS on my P01? I thought you had to stay...
Ok so you think it should be ok to just disable the Auto Trans tables in the tune? That was what I was going to do, but wasn't sure if it would give me problems. I am not sure what tables it defaults...
Is it ok to run a tune from an automatic transmission tune file and disable the automatic transmission tables?
If so what all would I need to disable in order to function?
I am running a T56...
Not sure the best way to go about converting to a Flex Fuel Tune as I am running manual transmission.
I am currently running the following:
2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, 5.7 L, V8, GM_P01
P01,...

Yes, I would agree that it would be ok to not filter PE since AFR commanded will change in your error formula accordingly. The more different numbers you incorporate in the error equation such as...
Well. Something to think about is, if you go into the Editor and look for Power Enrichment setting you should be able to set it so that PE is not Enabled. By changing the setting (PE Enable MAP: 640...
That is what I was thinking. If the entire VE is multiplied by the % difference I shouldn't have to retune the VE correct?
