You'll clash with other parts long before reaching the max rpm of the blower. Largest you can install for a crank is 177mm, any larger and the belt will slice into the mechanical vacuum pump.

It's an entirely different ecu, the ecu supported by HPT is MED17.8.31. The +2017 LR's and most of the +2019.5 Jag's are MED17.8.32 that run on Flexray.
I wouldn't hold my breath on HPT providing a tuning solution to that engine..
