Wideband is showing 10.4 - 10.8ish when the commanded afr is 12.75. Is this a VE table adjustment?

Adjusted PE Table only to .0107 across the whole table using a .0702 stoich parameter. Added more channels to the scan as the prev was mostly trans related.

The above mentioned changes in the PE table and rates and the FA Stoich helped a little but not a ton. It went from 10.3/10.4 ish to 10.7/11.1 ish. This may have more to do with the Stoich change...
