Im working with a vcm from an 07 Silverado 5.3 and can't find a vats disable switch even in the operating system tab

This is the first timed I've ever been stumped and it's killing me

Below it does say a write entire must be performed for these changes to take effect

When I click on hp os it has 5 tabs but none are highlighted and all say not available to the right of them

if your doing a full write on an 07 5.3 where do you look for the switch

I should also post that im using an 07 harness and pcm from a Silverado 5.3 because the pcm used prior to this swap was locked out by lsedit

ive read entire and done the write entire also and still its not popping up

ive looked in engine, engine diag and in systems and cant find a vats enable/disable switch anywhere

im stuck any help is appreciated
