Stupid question, but 19+ Silverado still requires ECM mod right?
I need to upgrade mine pretty bad, it's seen too many OBD ports over the past 10 years lol
Nice! I hear ya, that's my ultimate goal with this one too.
Idle hanging rolling to a stop is usually an indicator that you have too much idle airflow or timing. In this case I'm assuming airflow, because once you hit the mph where adaptive idle routines...
Nice! I'm kinda jelly, mine is in a first gen S10. Never thought of deleting the corvette alt bracket and relocating it to run twins. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Anyone...? lol
This may be easier for my valley brethren :
AsÃ* que si alguien con un carburador y un distribuidor le pide que sintonizar su coche ... cuando termines vas a llevar el puntero de la parte...

I'll give that a try and probably just make a custom histo/PID to convert to fahrenheit. It's one of those things that I'll unrealistically be looking at the EGT gauge while making a hit, but want...
Sweet! We're all here for moral support lol.
Now just to figure out your fan problem...
Doesn't matter what year, used that TCM OS on 06 TBSS 80E conversions to 2010 80E Silverado conversions.
Just curious if anyone else out there has done a SD tune with one of these intakes. I really like the way it looks and the potential it has for when I go FI. It's on a stock LY6 for now. I finally...
Attached is the linear output image from their manual.
Did you scale cranking VE?
If you have to floor it to get it to fire, it may be doing a flood clear (as you floor it) since it has too much fuel without being scaled.
A T42 TCM with a 80E OS is required to do it "right"
Express Van trucks came with 80E's behind the LY6. 24243356 is the correct OS number...
Just curious if anyone else has logged EGT through the EIO. I can fudge the calculation and have it appear 1/10 or 1/100 of the actual figure, but was curious if there's a workaround for this?
...
:drivin::cheers:
I saw your first reply yesterday and meant to comment, but I see you figured it out. It'll definitely wake it up! Now for some videos, videos or fail... lol
You running pump gas and no meth? Couldn't recall exactly what the setup was. From what I've seen on a few big cube FI GenIV's Mike & I have done they'll take 3-4* more than "normal" until you get...
I've only locked a handful of PCM's mostly because of spending so much time dedicated to nailing down a tune on a big motor big boost deal when I don't want anyone jacking with it. Other than that,...
momentary ground switch. can't recall what pin on the pcm, but it will trigger tow/haul aka performance mode in the truck pcm. don't know if the same works for fbody OS's though. to have it stay...
But all the cool kids waste money on ID's :yay:
Honestly we're lucky to have the minimal data we can find for a lot of these injectors on the market. The Bosch 220's have no "real" data, but run...
One trick to help initial light off after clearing codes or flashing is to put a theoretically accurate MAF value across the whole MAF table. Something like 2.8lb/min should work. Otherwise the PCM...
I meant to report it, but the first time I had an issue with it was on a friend's laptop. It was kinda funny actually, I finally got Mike's AFM1000 setup at his shop to log directly into the scanner...
There's really not "good" LS data for these for that pressure, but you'll have to work with it. Turning the base pressure down is fine, but you MUST run a boost referenced regulator if you do so. ...
Couldn't agree more. The cheaper 80's can work, but aren't optimal. Being a dinosaur technology injector doesn't help in this situation.
