The injector data must be messed up or something.
Since his car is not a NN equipped car he will need to adjust the VE tables to get fueling correct, not the pulse width vs airmass tables.

You need a wideband in each bank to see what's going on. There's a reason there is two VE tables. ;)
Have you thought about disabling the torque management on the engine side to see what happens?

Do yourself a favour and download the latest BETA software. Whenever you're having an issue with HP Tuners software always give the newest BETA software a try. They fix their mistakes all the time...

No combination of TCC tuning that I could come up with would ever disable WOT TCC lockup in my 2006 SRT8 300.

That's how my 2006 SRT is. HPT has the switch labelled backwards. Stock file shows disabled when it is actually enabled.

Is Bank 2 VE switch enabled or disabled in the factory tune?
If it's disabled. Leave it that way and try making changes to the Bank 2 VE table and see what happens.
