So I ended up swapping back in the stock TCM (Had an MTCM in it) and it now shifts correctly in D with the same settings that were on the MTCM.

do you have a log? How did you go about changing the TB airflow table? I'd imagine if you looked at the change in flow area you could use a ratio to try and calculate a new table to get you close....
