Is this the same cat test that I am getting during OL? If so why does it only go up to about 1.15 lambda in OL?...
I was driving around logging today and I got a random huge enleanment in my commanded AFR that seemed to happen only in a certain throttle range. It only happened for under a minute, and for the...
Here are my channels, these are for a 2005 with an L67. Might get you in the right direction. You can discard the EQ error - 1 charts you won't need them.

So I am still having issues with this problem, I called around to a few local shops as well as ZZP and from what I learned it sounds like it is indeed a cat test running. They thought that the test...
So the issue the rear O2 sensor circuit is open? Because I do have a rear O2 sensor installed in the car. I realized I wasn't logging the rear O2 bank, and I added the O2 Voltage B1S2 PID and it...
The car is actually a 2005, however the PCM isn't the original since I had a canned tune in the vehicle before, so I'm not sure what year the PCM is from. Is the test happening because of the P0420...
Is there a way to check if the cat test is running? Even before tuning for E85 I would notice that in OL the fueling would move around from 0.97 to 1.05 lambda. Seems like its probably a set AFR...
Hi guys,
I am working on tuning my L67 platform vehicle for E85, and I am seeing some enleanment under small (< 20%) TPS values. I've looked all over the fueling tables but I can't seem to find...
Hi guys,
I am working on tuning my L67 engine for E85, and I would like to set up a table in VCM Scanner to log my % AFR error from my wideband into a Manifold Vacuum table to get my Flow Rate vs....
Hi guys,
I recently installed 60# injectors in my L67 3800 and am working on tuning them. I noticed that my current tune had the table flat across the board at 38.4 lb/hr. I referenced the factory...
Alright I'll take a look at that stuff in the tune. Yeah I'm not really sure whats going on, I think I'm gonna take it to a dyno and just see what numbers it is making. I dynoed it last summer so I...
Shoulda mentioned that, 91.
Yeah I have a wideband and tuned the MAF in open loop
Yep, set them to 0.045"
Hi guys, I am scratching my head at why my L67 car is knocking so damn much and I'm having to pull so much timing. Its not a stock car, and I'll briefly list the mods I've done just for reference.

I'm trying to tune my 2003 Cobra with my MPVI2 but I can't read the PCM, it tells me to turn the key to the off position for 3 seconds and then back on again, but it just says controller init failed....
Sounds good, just wanted to confirm that it swinging back and forth was normal operation
Hi guys, I have been noticing in my scans that my O2B1 varys wildly from around 50mV to 900mV. It seems to be somewhat periodic, but the frequency at which it fluctuates seems to vary. Is this...
For those with the same issue, the solution was to install the BETA version and launch it, it installs separately from the normal branch and has (BETA) after the program name.
Hi guys,
I just recently got my MPVI2, and I have been having some trouble with the VCM Scanner. I am trying to tune my 2005 Monte Carlo SS with the 3.8L SC L67 engine. I have added a bunch of PIDs...
I deleted KR, connected the MPVI2, repolled and then readded KR. Still disappears when I hit record.
Just did a repoll, all the channels in the screenshot above stayed there. They don't disappear until I hit the record button.
Gotcha, I'll have to go plug that back in and check it. As for the more data, this is what data I have it set up to log when its not plugged into the car

Hi guys,
I have just started dipping my toes into tuning on my 2005 Monte Carlo SS with the 3.8L SC L67 engine. I have been reading and watching videos, and tonight I went and did a scan for...
