Most people are not going to follow a link for a log or tune. You would be better off if you attached a tune within a post.
You need at least 18” of pipe after the o2 sensors. Preferably more.
Start your own thread with a complete list of parts used, a read of the ECM used, a log of it running, and as much detail as you can supply.
Unless you converted it to carb and distributor.
From what I can tell he isn’t really tuning a vehicle. He made changes to a stock file and wants a grade on how well he changed it for theoretical mods.
I'll have to admit to usually bare butt or bypass crimp, followed by soldier, followed by heat shrink. And will go bigger wire and different colors. But I only work on my own stuff and can't justify...
If you used one of the low heat soldier heat shrink combos, that is likely your problem. There maybe some of those that are useful but most are junk. Of course I would just start with the diagnostic...
If the wire you patched is the problem, it's probably more about how you connected it, not the wire size.
You do have access to the GM manuals, they are on the ACDELCO TDS website at a somewhat reasonable cost for a 3 day subscription. Just screen shot the sections you need for the diagnostic needed.
This is the internet. We are supposed to throw out random ideas for people to try until they hit the jackpot.
Probably better to post in the section for your particular vehicle although it is probably the same for all vehicles. You can scan/data log without credits which should include codes. I'm not sure...
There is at least an idea that turning it off is less likely to have a failure than leaving it turned on. Something about the on/off makes it more likely to fail. I don't know how true it is, but...
By mods I meant to the car. Everyone has their own idea of "stages".
What does stage 1 mean in this case? What mods are done?
I’m not sure that anyone is going to be able to do much with screen shots. But what is going on in the middle of the screens with o2 voltage (500 on time scale of first screen?
So you/they are tuning in EFI Live?
He doesn’t own hpt and has been mailing his ECM off for updates.
Last 2 prior posters are both professional tuners that do remote tunes and can get it straightened out.
"I do plan to buy an HP setup"
Is that for the Supercharged 2.0L SS or the 2.4L NA SS?
Yep, same thing I did.
No way brake lines are going to be hot enough to cause voltage issues.
Never mind, that part number cross references to the same as PS10000.
Did you match up linear and offset for the new map sensor?
Do a search on here for the PS10000 number and it will show that as a 1 bar. In the Supercharged Cobalt, it probably would cross reference to the Barometric sensor, not the MAP sensor.
