Have you tried updating the resource files? TDN seems to be hit or miss depending on the vehicles. some it works some not. Use the RTD Flasher and flash via pc.
What are you seeing for mpg currently?

raising icp should help with the lopiness of from WDI injectors.
check your mpa-v v-mpa
hpt and eec-v aren't the best. most have had issues. Normally have to use an older device with earlier software to read/write and another to log. Not sure if they are even worrying about eec-v ecu...
Check your icp settings.. Would adjust the trans for a manual. You'll need to adjust icp for the warren injectors to get them to smooth out.

Do you have an MPVI2 or RTD? If RTD do you have the correct software? RTD wont work if your trying to use the MPVI2 software.
