Just try adding more shift pressure from 300 ftlbs and above on upshift pressure for each upshift. It's mostly about what feels right to you.

That Cl8 scan is really clean, you have nothing to worry about.

I get this BS occasionally only on LB7s. Just make sure the battery voltage is good and keep retrying until it works. I've had that error on bone stock trucks.
