I cant seem to get my hp to log i can connect but wont log any help is appreciated.

can we use scanner for logging without doing anything else or do we need to right a new tune before we log i tried logging but i can connect but when I hit log it doesn't do anything?

so i would need to buy a whole other unit, I can't just add that to my MPVI2

i bought a new MPVI2 but didn't notice about pro and none pro my question is can i just buy the pro link cable or do i need a whole different unit all together?

Ok i got it to work i uninstalled it again and reinstalled and now it works.

no i just open up the scanner and it gives me that msg i can click ok then it opens up scanner but cant scan.

Hi everbody, New to HP Tuner very excited but every time i open VCM Scanner it says scanner .HPT db was not found. you will be unable to scan any vehicles. you must reinstall the software tryed...
