post your tune file. everyone can help you more if they can look over your tune. i understand if you don't want to do that but you can get good info by doing so. lots of knowledge on this forum.
i'm dedicated E85 tune not flex. dedicated E is alot easier to do than flex tune. i wish i could help you but never messed with flex tables. sorry. i raised element RPM limit that you suggested...

i tuned it. i'm overlooking a limit somewhere apparently.
try to make a good pull in 6th gear (10r80) around 120-125mph it shuts down. it actually goes nuts. throws every warning on cluster that it has plus wrench light. touch the throttle afr's go dead...
3600 stall. I run a 3200 and barely can tell its there. Stall it then tune accordingly. 4.8/5.3 will never have grunt. Converter gets ya outta that dead zone. Im not being negative bout the 4.8....
Using SD OS i was having problems with fueling changes having no effect on AFR. It would effect it briefly then correct itself. I assumed i was in SD mode by loading SD OS.
