just changed timing chains , lifters, rockers etc. and turned off phasers , what should i do with timing and intake runner control, any help would be great

I have emailed support the file, info log and debug files - multiple times and rescanned and saved etc several times also and they see nothing
i have done everything listed and my 2000 buick lesabre 3.8l starts and dies!!!!! Please help ...... I emailed support.... There response we do not tune vehicles go to forums and see if that will...
