Any time you are driving with very light load on the engine, the timing is constantly transitioning between idle, run, and DFCO timing tables. Any large differences in these tables can cause this...

This is very good info, I do have AC and it was on. I will log for this next chance I get. The first timing dip is the one that causes the jerking and bucking, so you are probably right.
