I have been having an issue with the mpvi2 connecting on my gen 3 pcm. I have tried various laptops and updated all drivers.

I made those changes. Seems much better. I looked for vacuum leaks, didnt find any. i did find a little fuel leak so i need to take care of that, but here is the last run. do you see anything here...

OK, Thank you. I will make those changes and see how it does. I will report back with what i find.

I also noticed that my KR jumps really high a few times. would this be part of the closed loop giving different fueling causing the knock?

it is a stock 5.3 bottom end, stock injectors, stock throttle body. The only things that were changed are cam, springs, and lifters.
