I?ve experienced this issue on a cammed, e85 lt1 and it was resolved with adjustments to the driver demand and virtual torque tables.
I never followed up with this, but we put on a known good factory g8 throttle body and all issues went away.
Car made 595whp at 10psi on 93octane and runs great.
