Thanks much. I?ll read through that 3rd link.
Yes I?m getting that picture that with the LNF it?s just not real simple?a lot of things interacting.
Thanks GT--good stuff. I have looked through some guides (LNF Bible, etc) before, but I'm still not quite sure the answers to the above. Will keep digging and looking as some of the links you gave...
LNF Boost control:
So I realize (or am learning) that LNF is more torque based...e.g. the ECU is doing what it can within some constraints to make a given torque based on input. I assume the ECU...
Great info @cobaltssoverbooster ....thanks much! That helps clarify.
Thanks all for the info.
I'm fairly new to tuning, just reading lots to try and learn some of the basics.
It seems like most fuel tables are not visible for the LNF in HPT, is that correct? Other than a few settings...
For the LNF, after poking around and reading, it seems these are the two main torque tables.
1). Torque to Load - I believe this is the primary table (used to be Desired Air Load)...when you ask...
Thanks TC. I was wondering about that--that makes more sense.
Hi, can you just use the main GMPP table settings and flash that tune to a stock LNF (Solstice GXP)? Are there any odd ball settings that could mess things up (I heard some of the later models had...
Thanks much! That makes sense.
I don't see any "Desired Air Load" table when I pulled the tune from my stock GXP. Yes I'm on Advanced setting.
Could it be called something else?
Thanks much.
Just found this...shoot, wish there were videos too. I guess that whole "once it's on the interent, it's there forever" warning isn't always the case ;). Great work on all this.
Me too...just upgraded not thinking about it and now I can't run the software.
1) Anyone know if this guide on page 1 is still accurate?
2) Any way to get the pics and files posted?
Backyard Turbo, not sure if you're still on this forum or not.
