you sure you don't have a header or exhaust pipe connecting to the frame/subframe somewhere? even the most careful builds can get contact under load.... I've run into that a few times.

Take a look a the Supercharger Airflow, and Bypass Position tables. The airflow table should be scaled appropriately... (unless you are making 1400 HP, you shouldn't be DOUBLING this... gotta tune...

the pressure referenced system is just never as quick to make the adjustments as a sensor will detect. its such a useful device. in steady state modes, you'll be fine, but in transient conditions...

you will still have to change the supercharger airflow table... BUT, the % you change it is related to the absolute KPA increase, NOT the relative PSI increase.

leave the fuel pressure sensor in the line, its very nice to have to keep your injector scale sane. The ECU will be fine with normal fueling based off that.

don't change the one that the HPTuners hint says "disables" things... only change the "Engine Size"
