Just change you stoich under the general fuel tab to 9.68 in the entire table. If the fueling was correct on 93 that will be close enough to get it to your tuner.
What about the dealer login?
How much boost? Stock short block? start low and work up as you start getting things dialed in. Low is relative to boost level but I would start around 10-12 on pump gas and work from there.
You really should be pulling fuel from the Pe table to compensate for the meth. Pulling it from the maf messes with the torque model. I think you should start there. Not sure what size meth nozzles...
Seems like your air model is off. Did you reduce the airflow to account for the meth?

For the money the ballenger with Ntk sensor is a good accurate wideband. You need a wideband to tune it correctly.

If you tuned in lambda it would simplify things. You wouldn't have to compensate for the scale as commanded and actual would be 1 or whatever your commanded pe is.
