What do you have your wheel torque error max set at? You may need to raise it to like 100k to get some usable data for your torque tables.

Under Air Flow - Maf Calibration- Airflow/ Voltage Multiply all airflow values past 3.41 by 1.25. See if that gets your trims closer.
