Thats probably the air leak I found. When I was running it up to temp I noticed a sucking noise. There is a leak either at the brake booster o-ring seal or its ruptured inside.

That was alot better but I just changed the transient lower. When i tried to do both it died, it started at 10 AFR and worked up to around 17 then died. When i just changed transient it idles at 12.5...

Ok, made some adjustments based on another thread. I dont have my AFR in hptuners but it started at 13.5 and dropped to 10 in less then a minute. Held 10 the rest of the idle.

I think I found the problem. The map sensor before I even start is bouncing between 0 and 105 kpa. I'm assuming thats not normal?
Sorry you are right, its a drive by cable. That was a typo.
Its the EFI Source 3 bar. I checked the liner and offset and it was right.
So hooking up the IAT you think would get it to run?
I'm swapping a 5.3L / T56 into a E39 BMW. It will be turboed but for now the turbo is off and I'm just trying to get it started. I had a local shop do a base tune on the car and it didn't start. Well...
