Has anyone found how to 'adjust' the shift point light in the HUD on a C5?

There's quite a discussion on some other forums regarding this and I've not been able to find such an 'adjustment' with...

Go to ebay, do a search for car power adapter for your particular brand and model of laptop.

I use one when I'm out and about and it works dandy.

Is there any reason I cannot connect an A/F instrument to the O2 sensor along WITH the existing connection on my 02 Corvette LS1?

I'd like to do some experimentation with said gauge...
