Do we actually know why sometimes the Seed/Key/BCC/VIN are stored at either 4000 or 6000...

Yeah,. Definatly not BA, unsure of BF... but because the BF has individual cam adjustments where in the BA it does not, is what suggests it might have rapid packet

The EEC-V does have rapid packet..

The Aussie BA Falcon does not however..

The BF? ?? Not sure. Have not had my hands on one yet..
