With the proliferation of these auto start-stop systems, you'd think HP Tuners would have found a way to do this. I'm sure performance cars are more priority, but these cars are far more numerous....
Here's a read from my 2017 Cruze LT Auto. I was looking for a way to disable the #%@#%$ auto start-stop system. I don't see anything in there that would do it.
There are canned tunes out there that shut off the start-stop system. From what I understand, the stop-start is disabled below a set temperature. Simply changing that enable temperature to a number...
I have been using HP Tuners on my 04 GTO V8 with a supercharger. I just bought a 2017 Cruze LT as a daily driver. After looking through the factory tune file, I can't see any settings for the auto...
I got a Speedhut wideband controller/gauge setup. I wanted a gauge that would look right in the pod next to the boost gauge I already had. It matches exactly, except the backlighting is too bright. ...
I was working on tuning a 5.3 L33 swap in an 87 Trans Am. We replaced the coolant temperature sensor in the driver-side head with a new one that should have been correct for the harness and PCM. The...
The Magnacharger tune uses all of the stock parts, including the MAF. The tune uses a 1-bar MAP, so there is no data in there for boost at all. It basically just relies on the PE mode enrichment for...
Here's my base tune. I think there were some variations in the injectors used. My kit is from 2008 and shows 46 lb injectors. The tops of the injectors are green, if that helps.
I am trying without much success to log wideband data through a serial port adapter.

Thanks! I know the goal is always to start rich and work to lean it out as needed. It's much better than starting lean and breaking things. I guess it's just a quirk of the PCM that the table doesn't...
So the VE table would look something like this to begin:

I pasted in the data from the existing tune file I have for the rows that line up from...
Can I make use the table from the Camaro that I posted in place of the GTO one? How do I set up my own table with twice as many rows in the software? I don't see any way to manually go in and change...
Here are the two tunes.

Working with a 2004 GTO. LS1 with a MP112 Magnacharger kit.
I am trying to change my tune file to use a 2-bar MAP sensor. I followed the directions to apply the different OS. It did change the MAP...
I have been spending some time this evening learning how to go about tuning with HP Tuners. I have the software and will be using it first to tune a friend's 87 Trans Am with an 5.3 aluminum block...
OK. One of the diagrams I have says pin 55 is the one to use. It helps to confirm before I go taking things apart. Thanks!
I'm completely new to tuning and looking to start tuning on a friend's project car. I have an AEM wideband kit on the way. In searching some, I found that people have used the EGR Pintle Position...
