There is a wide band AEM through the egr. On the second line set in red with a wide band error.

It shows i registered the vin for the tune i downloaded. Not the ecu i want to load this file on. So i will just have to lic this ecu also. Correct.

I licensed the file i down loaded my bad. So i will have to license the computer now as well. They are two different VINs.
