I ended up testing my tune on another truck and it worked perfectly so must be a mechanical issue.

has anyone else had trouble getting a 6.4 Powerstroke 5r110w to lock in 3rd gear?
i have a 6.0 and it locks in third whenever commanded.
ive played with min speed ratios and unconditional unlock...

I'm more thinking in terms of the fuel control maps.
When I increase the commanded mg of fuel in my main injection map, this obviously is going to require either a longer PW or higher injection...
just getting into tuning and trying to get my head around the logic.
