Well, I did put back the throttle follower and throttle cracker tables back to stock but nothing has changed. Still the idle hanging issue is there. Anything else that I need to change from the tune?...

It depends on how the fans are wired. Each fan has one wire ( green & blue). At least this how mine have with LS1 PCM. If they are wired with the PCM, then you can control the fans through hptuners...

I got it, I put the High RPM disable back to 4000.
The reason why I am doubting there is an issue with TPS as well is because I noticed the TPS value is 0% even though I am holding the throttle at lets say 1300rpm.

I have been trying to figure out this issue ever since I replaced my stainless steel intake tube with an aluminum cold air intake & changed my stock injectors LS6 28lbs with Fuel Injector...
I got your point man. The reason why I decided to change my injectors was because of O2 sensor that was reading too lean on bank1 compared to bank2. The log I shared was after replacing my injectors.
You are right. Initially it was too lean at idle, and made this adjustment as a starting point. However, I am planning to take the car for a drive and make a few logs in order to adjust the VE table...
Thanks man. Yes I noticed the lean indication on both banks. I decided to start over with VE tuning without MAF and was able to bring the AFR back to 14-15 at idle.
