Its gonna idle based on your ect so if its warm its going to use that idle point. That being said there is also a table under engine < idle < airflow < general. I had to raise the rpm limit there.

Yes it's turbo. There is small line off to the side of the regulator that I assume is vacuum. It's mounted on top of the intake so I haven't taken a real good look at it.

Go to FIC and you can pull their hp tuners data for the 210 injectors. I would use that even if they didnt come from fic due to fic using bosch injectors.

Thats what i was thinking that its not working. It is connected with gen 1/2 to gen 3 premade harness. Looking at the wiring and diagrams, it appears the harness should be wired correctly
