The factory mounts are junk.
Why isn't there a section for the Gen I V8 tuning? There's one for all the LS people and the deisel folk but nothing for Gen I V8.
Lots of people have this driver issue I've noticed. Why can't HPTuners fix it?
Boooooo. Limiters suck.
That fixed it. Thanks a million. I was ready to set up the laptop for target practice. Haha. Just needed the 64 bit drivers.
Is it because I have version 2.22?
I just tried it again on both my home PC with XP and my laptop with Vista. Installs without a problem on the home PC with XP. No luck on the laptop with Vista. Way to go Microsoft. Unreal.
Viata sucks. Stay away.
Well I guess Windows Vista is just f-ing garbage because it works fine with Windows XP.
Now I get "code 39". Driver missing or corrupted. WTF!?! Just for channel "A". Channel "B" installed properly.
I've removed the drivers from the Device Manager and tried to re-install them. Still says "failed" and to contact HPTuners.
They won't install. It says "failed" whenever I try.
I've uninstalled the anti-virus softwear but still no luck. Windows vista will not find or install the interface. HPTuners installs no problem now but still no interface.
Correction. It's Windows Vista on my laptop and not Windows 7. Sorry about that. How would the anti-virus softwear prevent windows from detecting and installing the interface?
There is no "device drivers" in my control panel.
I don't get it. I can install HPTuners on my PC in my house no problem. Now when I try to install it on my laptop I get a bunch of virus/unwanted program warnings. When it finally does install it...
