i found that i need the beta version? There is no beta version available in my login page on HPTuners site. Is there a download posted somewhere, i'm working on the car now and i need the beta...
update, I finally see a reading on "My A/F" custom pid. However it never moves from 13.XX. The EGR voltage is 02.74 steady. I know i must be missing something stupid......
Yes I have the brown lead from the WB going to the plug for the EGR. Hooked up per the post above....
Ok, I did all this. I still get 0 for the custom PID reading. I do see that the EGR position voltage is 2.72 (in HPtuners) volts and it does move a little during idle. ...
What am I missing?
How do we do a case learn on a 97 V6 camaro?
I'm interested in how you set up the custom PID. I can not get it to match my wideband....
Can someone explain in detail how you set up the custom PID.
Anyone know what this does? And how do make adjustments to it?
good number :)
Mostly I think it's the HP it'll support. The LS1 is rated for 400 i think the LS6/SLP LS1 MAF's are rated for 600 HP. I do not know what the LT1 is rated for.
I assume he/you own a standard. This table is supposed to be for automatics (key word supposed). I have changed the table an noticed no difference.
Hmm explain please?
I have changed (just as a precaustion) all my tourqe managment stuff, even though it's not supposed to affect the car. I changed it all to 640. You might want to see about this.
In my case (i got...
Just to clearify, you're saying that my MAF is rated to read 30 LB/min, no matter what the PCM says once 30 lb/min flows through there its done.
Question my stock file has the MAF scaled to...
I am running a large turbo. t70, .7 a/r comrpessor, p trim turbine, .68 a/r t4
When the line MAF line flat lines it should be maxed, this happens even if i scal it up to 48lb/min. I have added as...
That's a good thought but it does not support how i can run it at a lower PSI with no problems provided i do not max the MAF..
I am sure is coinsides with a maxing the maf, If i turn the PSI down to 5 i do not max the maf and do not have any problems...
Edit, I turned the PSI down and had not trouble pushing the car past...
I have noticed that no matter what i do if the MAF gets maxed i'll have the problem. If i run less PSI (so it does not max the maf) it does not have a problem. And my fuel PSI is 55 (does not move)....
Sure, here's the scan and tune. I lowered the fuel again another 20% after 4K rpms (not in this tune but the tune in the car now) and it still shuttered.... :(
...
Ok here's my next stupid question.
After I enter PE mode is the MAF still being used by the computer or is it all being controled by the PE table??
foff667, Thanks for the assistance...
another thing, it looks like the first few runs (before my car gets up to 165ish operating temp.) that I have no KR.
So if i want to do a rouch tune with the O2's at 60% TPS what would i want the...
Is there a definative way to tell if KR is false or actual?
Also, PE mode how does it affect the car? how is it put into PE mode? Does it still get readings from the MAF during this time?
I have access to a wideband, but only on the weekends. I thought...
Can some people outline the way they tune?
Here are some of the questions I guess I do not fully understand yet (or I would have a partially tuned car).
When I am looking at the table read out...
Nope still wroking on it :(
