^^^^i would not recomend locking the converter in 2nd gear though..to much strain for the clutches no matter how built it is...

yes but even if u do the wiring, how are u going to do a segment swap like the older ones...pre 07 's are easy...but since these new ones dont come with a 4l80 so what segment swap would have to be...
what type of segment swap had to be done to it, to make it work?? ....i have a customers 07 tahoe with a 408 and a vts blower making 760 rwhp and 850+ rwtq:bigshock:...but the 4l70 just does'nt want...

code p1516 is a big issue on all the TBSS that are magnacharged, for some reason the spring in them is not all that strong and with added suction from them they close on hard acceleration...

all you have to do is connect it and see...but that is why some tuners lock their pcm's

hey guys, i have a 2008 gmc that i just did a 402 swap and a 4000 PI 3-disk converter. i noticed that converter does not lock up at cruising speeds like it supposed to.:shrug:
