I don't have a neutral safety switch wired in yet. Its a 4l80e and I jumped the safety switch but made sure the linkage is in Park. Not sure why it reads in gear?

Attached are the Config, Tune and Log of the motor. It cranks, I can smell fuel after cranking and it tried to start (shudders) when the air-fuel goes to 4-6 range but never starts.
