Did you look in the tune repository? Log into your hptuners account and check in there.
Trims opposite, check to see if you accidentally swapped the O2 wires right to left/left to right.
You might want to submit a trouble ticket to HPT.
Sirius, for us formula challenged newbs what is being filtered out?
Let me ask this a different way. I've read in the Forum that it's common to set the cell hit count to 50 when logging AFR error for adjusting VE (Gen 3). I've been doing that and it's been working...
Did a couple pulls today and only got 1 to 2 hits in the cells during WOT. Go with what I get to adjust VE or do I need to do something different?
My pcm, tune, and original injectors are from a non-flex 04 LM7 (Avalanche) and I got a set of these 6903 flex injectors at a pick and pull. This is swapped into a 69 Camaro w/ returnless & 58 psi. ...
@blindsquirrel could I please get the file for 12580426 injectors, 58 psi, non-referenced.
My injectors are actually 25326903 but it appears the 0426 is the new number.
Thanks
And the data wire.
Swapping front to back still doesn't explain why he had warm O2s with key off.
Re-read horsepower's last post. You said before that unplugging the MAF resulted in your IAT being -40. That means you have an integrated MAF/IAT sensor so unplugging the MAF also unplugs your IAT....
Something is screwed up if they are heated when the engine is off. The O2 heater circuit is powered by the pink wire, which should have 12v with key on and 0v key off.
Thanks fellas. The 12-300 fits in the stock tank, is internally regulated for 58 psi, and has the hydramat pickup/pre-filter. I will get the 10 micron filter and will be sure to check the pressure...
I'm swapping an LM7 into my 69 Camaro and I'm using the Holley 12-300 in tank pump. What micron size should I have for my in-line fuel filter?
Non-electric
Thanks for those diagrams Squirrel, they answer my initial questions but trigger others. If I'm interpreting the diagrams correctly, I wire one side of my simple single pole P/N switch to C1 34...
I asked this question a couple days ago in someone else's thread in the Gen 3 section but didn't get a response so I thought I'd ask here. 2004 5.3l from an Avalanche in a swap with the stock P59...
To install the P/N switch, which PCM pin does it go to? C1 34? Does the pin supply the voltage or the ground? Is switch closed in P/N or in gear?
The file you need would be for an L59, VIN code Z (8th position of VIN). Common in 03-07 Tahoes and Yukons.
Appreciate the feedback!
07GTS - that would require this noob to recognize said good data vs bad. LOL
blindsquirrel - I'll remember that should I ever do anything beyond this swap project...
Thanks for that blindsquirrel. I am using a wideband to get my AFR error. Have it in SD and will be starting out on part throttle. I'm new at this so I'm trying to read and learn as much as I can....
No need to filter anything out huh?
What filters do you recommend I use for my AFR error graph to tune VE?
2004 LM7
M5
Factory P59
mild cam upgrade
headers
aftermarket intake
Thanks Alvin. When I get to working on the hanging idle issue I'll start my own thread if I can't figure it out. I've only been working on dialing in the VE so far.
