Try turning off burst knock, currently it's set completely wrong. It's set to 0.00 meaning it's always on and the most responsive. Set it to 7.999 and that will turn it off. Burst knock can spike on...
Post the tune you have now.
I believe the 6L90e don't have a thermostat from the factory in heavy duty trucks, the 1500's all have it though.
There should be a flex fuel tab in just about all the calibrations, you didn't post your file though.
You could lower the power enrichment settings a little too. I'd say go with 65% throttle enable. Lower the rpm delay to 1500 or 1800rpm. Then set the whole EQ ratio to a flat value of 1.200. That...
Yes, a standard pump is more than fine.
Newer version of the software removed it, that's why you can't see it.
I can see it on my end but I can't edit your file for you. If someone here is nice enough they will turn it on for you can...
That all sounds okay.
Just post the tune file too, that helps us visually see the changes being made.
At full throttle that looks normal because for one you could never shift into 6th gear at full throttle anyway, You'd be going faster than that truck could even go.
If the AFM system is gone and you replace the camshaft, all 16 lifters and pushrods, have all the codes for the AFM system disabled, it should be firing the same on all 8 cylinders
I don't have a...
The tune file you posted is for a 2007 Yukon XL with s 6.2.
The thread is for a 2008 GMC 1500 with what I assume would be a 5.3. So what is correct and what isn't here?
Yes, we need to see the tune to help you.
It's all good, don't sweat it.
Did you change the rest of the injector data?
The flow rate isn't enough. You need to to the flow rate, min injector pulse, short pulse adder and offset vs volts data. All of that needs to be...
I didn't really ask a question, I was just stating the facts. Maybe that gets lost on people these days.
If the truck was a factory auto, just changing the drop down menu to manual does nothing. Leave it as a 4L60e, disable every single transmission related DTC.
You also have to disable abuse mode,...
Post tune and logs.
Did they send you a data sheet for those injectors that you can plug into HP Tuners?
If not, then they will be kinda useless injectors.
You'll want to post the tune file too.
I've never heard of a manual transmission truck like that in the US market.
It's a cat test. If you are running newer version of the software you can't see it anymore.
He kinda hinted at an injector leaking, it's not uncommon to have these DI injectors fail like that.
Did you keep the VVT or no?
Sometimes on some vehicles the aftermarket radio's or alarms can make them not be able to read with HP Tuners.
What kind of truck?
Any aftermarket stuff like radio or alarm system?
