I wonder if this could cause a BCM (Body Control Module) to go bad in a vehicle? I would think the ECM would go first but than again it is all tied together. Any ideas out there?

If you are wanting better tuning results you can put the wideband in the stock narrowband bung closer to the collector. Put the car in openloop and tune as normal. Once your done put everything...

Awesome setup and definitely portable. Grab a set of "alligator clips" and splice those in the ends as well. Some batteries can be a pain.

I would go with the NGK AFX Kit as well. Have you considered welding in a new O2 bung for the wideband and putting the stock narrowband back in its original location?

If you don't have HPTuners you need to take the vehicle back to the tuner and have him check it out. If he is unable to figure it out have him log the data and post it here.

I have used the pre-configured setup with offsets and it seems spot on for me. Assuming all your grounds and power source are correct.

I would suggest it as you are flowing more air into the engine with the ported intake manifold. As far as what to tune I would suggest going over the VE table.

If you want to go back to stock than all you need to do is save the tune and flash it back should you sell the car or take it in for maintenance. I have not heard of any issues with this before.

Ok, I have the wideband installed and everything running. AFR looks good part throttle and WOT. I had a smoke test done on the intake and found a small leak on the CAI after the MAF......
