If your LTFTs are -4, your motor is generally seeing a rich condition, and the VCM is trying to lean it out. However, there might be a cell where the car runs lean, and the VCM "instinctively" tries...

Car is a 2001 Z06 with an air induction - basically stock. I finally got my LM-1 wideband hooked up correctly with my interface and they are reading identically.
